Ingredients

can crushed San Marzano tomatoes

cup
extra-virgin olive oil

cloves
garlic,
minced

teaspoon
kosher salt

Instructions
Add the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and salt to a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour hour before using (it’s ok if you don’t - it just gives it time for the flavors to marry together).
Use as needed on your favorite pizza recipe.

I use crushed tomatoes in this recipe though you can also buy whole peeled tomatoes and crush them by hand or use an immersion blender.
