Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add oil. Add spinach & cook until reduced in size. Season to taste with salt.
Add the cream cheese, kimchi, half the green onions & soy sauce to a mixing bowl & stir to combine.
Toast bagel until golden brown & if using, spread with butter.
Spread kimchi cream cheese over bagel halves, top with sautéed spinach, green onion & sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
