Ingredients

  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed San Marzano tomatoes
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and salt to a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour hour before using (it’s ok if you don’t - it just gives it time for the flavors to marry together).
  • Use as needed on your favorite pizza recipe.
