1 (28-ounce) can crushed San Marzano tomatoes ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Add the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and salt to a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour hour before using (it’s ok if you don’t - it just gives it time for the flavors to marry together).
