Baked Pita Chips

It only takes a few minutes to make these pita chips and who doesn’t love warm, fresh chips.

Ingredients

  • 4 pita pockets
  • Canola oil cooking spray, as needed
  • Kosher salt, as needed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Slice pita bread into 6 to 8 triangles. Split each piece of the pita bread in half so that it is thinner.
  • Arrange the pita on a baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray with the canola oil cooking spray and season with salt.
  • Bake, flipping them half way through cooking, until golden brown and crisp, about 8 minutes. Let cool and serve with your favorite dip. Store in an airtight container.
