Plum Frozé

This alcoholic slushy combines plums with rosé wine for a light and refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle rosé
  • 2 medium plums, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup blackberries, for garnish

Instructions

  • Freeze rosé for an hour or two. If freezing overnight, be sure to put the bottle in a plastic bag.
  • Add the rosé, plums, honey and lemon juice to a blender along with 3 cups of ice. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Serve in glasses garnished with blackberries.
