Plum Frozé
This alcoholic slushy combines plums with rosé wine for a light and refreshing cocktail.

- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle rosé
- 2 medium plums, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup blackberries, for garnish
Freeze rosé for an hour or two. If freezing overnight, be sure to put the bottle in a plastic bag.
Add the rosé, plums, honey and lemon juice to a blender along with 3 cups of ice. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Serve in glasses garnished with blackberries.
