For the everything bagel spice: 1 teaspoon poppy seeds ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds ½ teaspoon white sesame seeds ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt ½ teaspoon dried minced onion ½ teaspoon dried minced garlic For the avocado toast: 2 ½-inch slices whole grain bread 4 tablespoons cream cheese 1 medium haas avocado, pitted, peeled and thinly sliced 2 small breakfast radishes, thinly sliced
For the everything bagel spice: For the avocado toast: Toast the bread in a toaster until golden brown.
Spread cream cheese on each slice then top with the slices of avocado.
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of the everything bagel spice mix over the top of each slice of bread.
Top with the breakfast radish.
