The Best Frosé Recipe

Rosé is versatile as it can be used for summer drinks as well. This particular blended cocktail with a catchy name consists of rosé, vermouth and some pureed strawberries, which add just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • ½ (750 ml) bottle dry rosé wine, chilled
  • 2 ounces dry vermouth
  • 2 cups frozen whole strawberries
  • 2 cups ice
  • Sliced strawberries, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the rosé, vermouth, frozen strawberries and ice in a blender. Puree until the mixture is the consistency of a slushie. Add an additional cup of ice if needed.
  • Divide the mixture among glasses and top with a fresh strawberry. Serve immediately.
