In a blender puree the orange juice, the sugar and ½ cup of the yogurt until combined. Add a little bit of the gel food coloring using a toothpick and blend until the mixture is a pale orange color.
Divide the mixture between the 3-ounce Popsicle molds until they are filled ½ of the way up. Alternate adding small scoops of yogurt with the remaining orange juice mixture to create a marbling effect.
Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze until the pops are solid, about 6 hours. Briefly run the molds under the hot water to release the popsicles from the molds.
