This alcoholic slushy combines plums with rosé wine for a light and refreshing cocktail. The weather has been quite warm in California and while we are getting into fall the higher temperatures have me reaching for a cooling drink like this.
Our resident bartender at our last “Create dinner” party, Kimberly, created this rosé recipe and it was such a hit I just had to share it! Adding chilled rosé to the blender ensures that the ice it’s blended with won’t melt as fast.
